Thought all companies did a great job on spotting at the scene. Initial companies got a good look at all sides of the building. I would have liked to be on the A/B corner but due to the trees we elected for the middle on the A side. Just a good place for a reminder to all Engines, a good rule of thumb if you are using highrise cards to leave the front of the building open for the truck. If not, like this fire, either is fine. Also not that it happened on this fire but remember to not block the back of the Trucks. If we need to get alot of ladders out, like this fire, it can be difficult if someone is parked right behind. I also should have told incoming companies that we had 14th blocked so they would have known prior to arrival. TO2, where did you guys end up parking? Do you think we could have gotten an aerial in the back alley?
